Exploratory human resources and their development to change society through technology
The purpose of the “MITOU(Me-Toe:Japanese for hidden) Program” is to discover and nurture creative human resources with outstanding abilities to create innovative ideas and technologies using IT. To date, the program has produced more than 2,100 outstanding human resources, and its graduates are active in a variety of fields. At this event, we will hear from PMs about how they have fostered human resources in the “MITOU Program. ” We will also present pitches by graduates who have ties to the Aichi and Tokai regions, as well as graduates of the “MITOU Program”, a project to support the discovery and development of young local human resources.
