Born in 1974 in Akita Prefecture. Graduated from Meiji University with a degree in Business Administration. Joined Japan Joint Finance Co., Ltd. (now JAFCO Group Co., Ltd.) in 1997, where he engaged in investments from seed to later stages, served as a director at various portfolio companies, and managed fund raising, focusing on fields such as autonomous driving and AI.In 2018, he became the CEO of MTG Ventures Co., Ltd. As the corporate venture capital arm of the MTG Group, he invests in startups that aim to realize "VITAL LIFE," leveraging insights gained from interactions with over 6,000 entrepreneurs. In 2022, he established the "Central Japan Seed Fund," a seed-focused fund aimed at solving regional issues.

After graduating from Keio SFC, she gained experience in launching new internet businesses at Recruit and worked as a chief researcher in tourism industry research and business development.In July 2016, she founded WAmazing Inc. to establish a platform aimed at spreading consumption by inbound tourists throughout regional areas and contributing to local revitalization.Having overcome the COVID-19 pandemic period, she is now working to create a platform service that aims to revitalize Japan's economy and regional areas through the inbound tourism market, which has the potential to become Japan's number one foreign currency earning industry.

Born in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. After graduating from university, studied sake brewing in Akita Prefecture. In 2021, opened "Ine to Agave Brewery" in Oga City, Akita Prefecture. Produces a new genre of alcohol called "Craft Sake" while also managing the restaurant "Tsuchi to Kaze" (Earth and Wind). In spring 2023, launched "SANABURI FACTORY," a food processing facility, and began producing mayonnaise made from sake lees. In August of the same year, opened "Ogaya," a ramen shop featuring recipes supervised by Ippudo. Serving as the first chairman of the Craft Sake Brewery Association. Named in Forbes JAPAN CULTURE-PRENEURS 30. Winner of ICC Crafted Catapult Grand Prix
