Simply applied to the interior of battery pack covers or electronic device enclosures, it prevents flames from breaching the exterior even if internal cells enter thermal runaway. It withstands 1,200\u00b0C flames for over 10 minutes, and in evaluations using the UL 2596 test method by a South Korean client with roughly 1 trillion KRW in annual revenue, it resisted burn-through for up to 9 cycles. Because it is flexible, easy to process, and free of RoHS-restricted substances, it can be integrated into existing product designs with virtually no added thickness or weight. A mass-production capacity of 500,000 m\u00b2 per month has already been established via OEM. Target applications include battery packs for EVs and ESS, drones, power tools, mobile power banks, and marine interior materials.
