When and Where Will TechGALA Japan 2026: BEYOND Be Held?<\/p>\n<\/dt>\n\n\n\n

The event will take place over three days, from Tuesday, December 15, to Thursday, December 17, 2026. The main venues will be the Chunichi Building, Nadia Park, and Urban Net Nagoya Nexta Conference in the Sakae area of Nagoya. On Day 3, the event will move to the Tsuruma district, with STATION Ai serving as the main venue.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>

What are the differences between the ticket types and prices?<\/p>\n<\/dt>\n\n\n\n

There are three paid ticket types and one free ticket type. These are the Executive Pass (\u00a5100,000 \/ for VIPs and networking), the Business Meeting Pass (\u00a525,000 \/ for business meetings and matchmaking), and the Visitor Pass (\u00a510,000 \/ for general attendance and gathering information). All prices include tax. In addition, there is a free SideEvent Pass that allows you to attend side events only.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>

The Executive Pass grants access to all venues and sessions, as well as the Executive Leader\u2019s Party and lounges. The Business Meeting Pass grants access to all venues and sessions, as well as speed business meetings and other events. The Visitor Pass grants access to all venues and sessions. The free SideEvent Pass grants access only to eligible side events. You will need to check in using a QR code when entering each stage.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after purchase. However, if you have specific circumstances such as purchasing the wrong ticket type or wishing to apply a discount or free code please contact us at contact@techgala.jp to discuss your situation. Yes. Paid passes are valid for all three days of the event. You do not need to purchase a separate ticket for each day (free SideEvent passes are valid only for the specific side events listed).<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>

We will be using AI translation on all stages. We plan to display real-time subtitles on the venue screens, so we will not be lending out simultaneous interpretation receivers.
