Based on her personal experience in Hong Kong, Yuki Takahashi co-founded Bears Co., Ltd. in 1999 alongside her husband, aiming to establish the housekeeping service industry in Japan. As a pioneer and leading company in the housekeeping service sector, Bears is creating a new culture in Japanese daily life, centered around the core concepts of “proposing new lifestyles” and “creating new employment opportunities”.<\/p>\n\n
Dedication to raising the level of happiness in Japanese homes (and making Japan a more well-being-centered nation) has been her life\u2019s work.<\/p>\n\n
As a business leader who prioritizes employee well-being above all, she also serves as the General Manager of the company\u2019s three internal corporate sports teams.
