Joined Pola Cosmetics Inc. (now Pola Inc.) in 1991. Became an Executive Officer in 2012 and a Director in 2014. Appointed Representative Director and President in 2020, a position they left at the end of 2024. In 2021, they became a Director of Dialogue Japan Society, supporting the operation of “Dialogue in the Dark Museum,” an inclusive social entertainment facility. Since 2025, they have served as Representative Director of Toget-HER and Director of MASHINGUP, focusing on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and the development of female leaders.
