In 2009, she joined FleishmanHillard Japan, where she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Sports &#038; Entertainment practice, advising companies, brands, government agencies, municipalities, and sports organizations on strategic communications, brand communications, and sponsorship and partnership strategies.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2023, she co-founded Splat Inc. In 2026, she established the Institute of Sports Communication Design and became its Representative Director &#038; Head of Institute.
