To address drug resistance, side effects, and limitations in treatment options for RAS-mutated cancers, we are developing novel protein-based drugs for patients with pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers that have RAS mutations. This involves utilizing a unique technology that combines tumor-selective intracellular delivery and proteolysis. The goal is to comprehensively degrade KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS, achieving sustained efficacy and reduced side effects.
