After graduating from university, Ryusuke Komura joined a manufacturer-affiliated IT company, where he was primarily engaged in account sales for the media industry and led the launch of a video transmission cloud service. After earning an MBA from Babson College in the U.S., he joined GLOBIS in the Human Resource and Organizational Development Consulting Division. There, he managed next-generation executive training for large corporations and organizational development for startups, while also developing content and educational materials in the field of entrepreneurship. In 2018, he was involved in launching the Japanese branch of Venture Caf\u00e9, an organization dedicated to building global innovation ecosystems, before assuming his current position in 2024. Ryusuke Komura is also a founding member of the Boston-based NPO “Binnovative,” an Adjunct Lecturer at Hosei University Business School, a Coordinator for the Cabinet Office’s Startup City Project Network (SCPN), and the Producer of Global Startup Expo 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
