On the computing side, not only quantum computers but also AI and high-performance computing (HPC) are advancing rapidly, transforming the very way we approach the simulation of materials and drug discovery, and the large-scale optimization of manufacturing, logistics, and social infrastructure. On the other side, advances in quantum materials and quantum devices are expected to give rise to new sensing, communications, and computing technologies.
