In 2019, I was appointed as an Executive Officer, overseeing the marketing, public relations, and design division, while concurrently serving as the executive in charge of new business development.In 2024, I founded trine Inc., a company specializing in brand consulting.

Hiromi Okuda received her Master degree in Social Welfare from the graduate school of University of Bombay (currently renamed as University of Mumbai). She started a conference business in 1991 that specializes in IT, and supports bringing a number of IT private events into Japan. Ms. Okuda established Wiz. Group, Inc. in 2001, and provides assistance for a large number of IT companies to hold conferences in Japan. Since 2008, she began support for start-ups development, and engages in ecosystem building of start-ups in order to form start-up communities in local areas both inside and outside of Tokyo. In 2013, Ms. Okuda began Takaranoyama Inc. in an underpopulated area, to research what IT can do to solve social problems in the region. Social issues are hardest to see from the actual site of development, and she is trying to connect these issues with the development of IT products.

Appointed Deputy Mayor of City of Nagoya in December 2017 and Representative Director of Magnolia Inc. again in December 2021. Assumed the current position in November 2024.

From 2014, he promoted the development of internal entrepreneur training programs and hands-on support at SB Innoventure Corp. Since September 2021, he has been seconded to STATION Ai, where he currently holds his present position.

In 1994, he founded Wired Japan magazine, of which he served as editor-in-chief. In 1998, he launched INFOBAHN, a company specializing in corporate digital communications. He also founded Gizmodo Japan and numerous other media, both print- and web-based, and published Japan’s first blog in book form, the bestselling Kawori Manabe: Just between You and Me, along with doing pioneering work in content marketing and owned media. In 2005, he served on the Content Policy Committee of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Cabinet Office.Since 2017, INFOBAHN has been the official Japanese partner of the Tech Open Air (TOA) technology conference in Berlin. With a portfolio encompassing the comprehensive design, evaluation, and feasibility of diverse projects, he specialises in music venues, arenas, cultural hubs, and placemaking cultural districts. His focus extends to business planning and cultural policy, with a particular emphasis on the viability and strategy for new multi-use venues, creative studios, festivals, and events. In his role at Sound Diplomacy, Jett has successfully spearheaded cultural infrastructure projects in major global hubs, including London, Manchester, Sydney, Singapore, and various locations across the United States. Noteworthy achievements include leading the delivery of the cultural strategy for the Earl's Court Development Company Masterplan in London and serving as an executive consultant for the new Arts Venue at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh.

After completing his PhD in 2022, he joined Toyo Audit Corporation as a consultant for listed companies. Subsequently, he moved to Tokai Tokyo Securities, where he now focuses on IPOs and startup support in the Chubu and Kansai regions. He also serves on the Startup Support Strategy Division at Tokai Tokyo Financial Holdings.
