Anju Ishiyama

Born in 1989. After graduating from International Christian University (ICU), Anju Ishiyama worked at Recruit and CrowdWorks before assuming her current position as Representative Director of the Sharing Economy Association, Japan. Dedicated to the social implementation of new industries and lifestyles, including the sharing economy, she connects governments, local municipalities, private corporations, and startups to drive regulatory reforms, policy proposals, public opinion formation, and public-private partnership projects.

In 2018, she founded the general incorporated association Public Meets Innovation. She also serves as an Outside Director for U-NEXT HOLDINGS, making her the youngest female director on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime Market. She frequently appears as a social entrepreneur commentator on numerous television programs, including Fuji TV’s “Mr. Sunday” and Nippon TV’s “Shinso Hodo Bankisha!” and “Shuichi!”. Additionally, she was selected as one of Forbes JAPAN’s “30 Rule Makers in Japan.”
