TechGALA’s side events, taking place throughout the city of Aichi, run all day from early morning until late at
night. The schedule is packed with diverse programs including networking sessions, wellness programs, study groups, workshops, and club events.
Anyone can become a side event organizer. Recruitment for side events is already underway, so let’s unite and energize the city of Aichi with your unique ideas!

Review
Screening will be conducted by the TechGALA Secretariat. Screening results will be communicated separately by the Secretariat.

Once the screening is complete, you will create your event page on TIMEWELL BASE and begin recruiting participants.

Keeping things fast-paced with a “one-chorus only” rule, we’ll turn up the energy in the room and carry the momentum of Tech GALA straight into karaoke. Sing, connect, and make it an unforgettable, electric night! On Day 2, producer Hiromi Okuda alongside ambassadors Eishiro Noro and Miki Oikawa will also join as special guests.
