Etsuko May Okajima

A Human Capitalist, specializing in Succession Planning, Management Team Strengthening, and Leadership Development. President and CEO of ProNova Inc. After serving in various roles at Mitsubishi Corporation, earning an MBA from Harvard, and holding management positions at McKinsey & Company and the GLOBIS Group, she founded ProNova in 2007. She currently serves or has served as an Outside Director or Non-Executive Director for several major companies, including Euglena, KADOKAWA, and SmartNews.
