Visitors aged 13 and older (junior high school students and older) must purchase a pass.
Visitors aged 12 and younger (elementary school students and younger) may enter without a pass only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pitch Contest & Demo Tables Watch the finals of the pitch contest on Day 2, where startups selected through the preliminary rounds compete. Afterwards, a networking session is held around the finalists’ demo tables.

Exhibition & Pitch Park Enter the exhibition area of startup and company booths at any time during the event. Pitch Park, a pitch program by exhibiting startups, is also held within the area.

Closing Party A closing networking party held at STATION Ai on the evening of the final day (Day 3). No advance registration is required for holders of an eligible pass.

  • The Early Bird period runs from Tuesday, August 18, 2026 to Friday, November 13, 2026. Passes are available at 20% off the regular price during this period.
  • Passes other than the Side Event Pass are issued on the day of the event. Please collect yours at the reception desk.
  • Paid passes are valid for all three days of the event. There is no need to purchase a separate ticket for each day.
  • Pass names and entitlements are subject to change. Program content, speakers, and benefits may also change without notice.
  • Cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted, nor is transfer or resale for commercial purposes. Please see the Ticket Terms and Conditions for details.

Tickets

What are the differences between the ticket types and prices?

There are three paid ticket types and one free ticket type. These are the Executive Pass (¥100,000 / for VIPs and networking), the Business Meeting Pass (¥25,000 / for business meetings and matchmaking), and the Visitor Pass (¥10,000 / for general attendance and gathering information). All prices include tax. In addition, there is a free SideEvent Pass that allows you to attend side events only.

Which pass grants access to which areas?

The Executive Pass grants access to all venues and sessions, as well as the Executive Leader’s Party and lounges. The Business Meeting Pass grants access to all venues and sessions, as well as speed business meetings and other events. The Visitor Pass grants access to all venues and sessions. The free SideEvent Pass grants access only to eligible side events. You will need to check in using a QR code when entering each stage.

Are there any ticket types for students?

We do not offer a ticket category exclusively for students. Students should purchase a Visitor Pass.

I accidentally purchased the wrong ticket. Can I cancel it?

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after purchase. However, if you have specific circumstances such as purchasing the wrong ticket type or wishing to apply a discount or free code please contact us at contact@techgala.jp to discuss your situation. Please note that free SideEvent passes can be cancelled directly from your My Page.

Can I attend all three days with a single ticket?

Yes. Paid passes are valid for all three days of the event. You do not need to purchase a separate ticket for each day (free SideEvent passes are valid only for the specific side events listed).

Can I transfer a ticket I’ve already purchased to another colleague within the company?

Since tickets are linked to your account, we generally recommend that you use them yourself.

Can I purchase multiple tickets (e.g., for three people within the company) as a single order?

Because the system limits one ticket per account, each employee must register for an account and purchase their own ticket.

Are payment methods other than credit cards (such as bank transfer or cash) accepted?

As a general rule, we only accept credit card payments.

The coupon code cannot be applied / There is no code entry field.

If you are unable to apply a coupon code or invitation code, please check the following:
(1) Do not type the code manually; instead, copy and paste it from the email or other source that provided it.
(2) There may be a limit on the number of times a code can be used. Please check with the source that provided the code.
(3) Please enter the code in the designated field during the purchase process. You cannot apply the code retroactively via “My Page” after completing your purchase. If the issue persists after checking the above, please contact us at contact@techgala.jp with your coupon code. Our support team will verify the code’s status.

Can I request a receipt?

You can issue a receipt from your My Page.

Is this subject to the invoice system?
Can you issue a qualified invoice?

Yes. We support the issuance of qualified invoices. The qualified invoice number is listed on the receipt you can issue from your My Page. Please note that the qualified invoice number will be issued by Infobarn Co., Ltd., which is entrusted with the operation of TechGALA.

Can I use multiple passes at the same time?

No, you cannot. You may register only one pass per account. If you hold a SideEvent pass and wish to purchase a paid pass, please cancel your SideEvent pass via “My Page” before purchasing the pass of your choice. As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of paid passes.

I entered the wrong name or email address when I applied.

Please contact us at contact@techgala.jp, including your “Ticket Type” and the “Name/Email Address” you provided during registration.

Are the prices listed on the site before or after tax?

All prices listed on the site include tax (Executive Pass ¥100,000 / Business Meeting Pass ¥25,000 / Visitor Pass ¥10,000).
