Speed Business Meetings
Speed Business Meetings is a one-on-one business matching program that connects host companies—corporates, VCs, CVCs, financial institutions, and others (Open Innovation Partners)—with startups and corporates that have technologies and services to offer (applicant companies).
Every meeting starts from a Collaboration Theme—a business challenge, investment area, or similar—published in advance by the Open Innovation Partner. Because each meeting is a focused 20 minutes, the conversation stays clear and leads to a concrete next step.
Applicant companies apply in response to the published Collaboration Themes. A meeting is confirmed only after the Open Innovation Partner approves the application, so both sides know each other’s goals beforehand and can get straight to business, even at a first meeting.

Meeting confirmed
Your meeting is confirmed once the Open Innovation Partner approves your application. Note: Not every application is approved; decisions depend on slot availability and fit with the Collaboration Theme. Organize your proposed solution and collaboration ideas so you can make the most of the 20-minute meeting.
Meeting day
Check in five minutes before your slot, and your meeting begins at the scheduled time.

Entry companies hold 20-minute one-on-one business meetings with corporates, VCs, CVCs and financial institutions (Open Innovation Partners, or OIPs), based on the challenges and collaboration themes each OIP has published.
Note: Advance entry is required, except for same-day entries (available slots only).

Purchase a Business Meeting Pass or an Executive Pass, then submit an entry to the OIPs you would like to meet.
A meeting is confirmed once the OIP approves your entry.

Note: OIPs joining in the second round will be announced on 10.30 Fri. The schedule is subject to change.
Reverse Offers
A reverse offer is a meeting confirmed at the request of an Open Innovation Partner, which selects an applicant company directly. Each Open Innovation Partner sets aside slots for reverse offers in addition to its regular application slots.
Reverse offers are extended to companies that agreed to the “Consent to reverse offers for Speed Business Meetings” when purchasing their TechGALA ticket.
Open Innovation Partners make offers based on your profile, so describing your technologies and services in detail in the “Message to Open Innovation Partners” field is the best way to secure a meeting.
Note: If you receive a reverse offer, you can join the meeting even with a Visitor Pass.
