Born in Manhattan, New York, Hiroto Ebata earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. After working in the Aerospace Division of Itochu Corporation and founding an IT Startup, he held senior executive roles including Vice President of Marketing at Coca-Cola Japan, Executive Officer and Head of Central Marketing at Microsoft Japan, Executive Officer and Head of Media at DeNA, and Vice President of MERY.
He currently serves as Professor at iU Professional University of Information and Management for Innovation, CEO of MAIDX LLC, and Representative of the Hiroto Ebata Office. He supports companies in digital transformation and AI adoption, while fostering next-generation digital talent.
He also leads the Next Marketing Platform Lab, a community of 7,600 members, and serves as a member and Secretariat representative of MGC Marketing Guild Community etc.
