Representative of V&E create. A graduate of the Department of Food Management at Nakamura Gakuen University and a licensed cook. Aiming for a world where people with and without dietary restrictions can enjoy the same delicious food, we are developing TOFU BROTHERS, a next-generation snack made from by-products of tofu production. Our proprietary texture improvement technology achieves a crispy texture without using any oil. While conducting trial introductions at companies and facilities, we are pursuing manufacturing license partnerships with tofu manufacturers and building a mass production system. In addition to Japan, we plan to expand into overseas markets, starting with the United States and South Korea. Working with tofu manufacturers around the world, we aim to turn unused local resources into valuable foods and expand healthy food choices globally.
