RapidFit+ is an Industrial Technology Integrator with Global OEM Experience, delivering advanced engineering, digital manufacturing and production-support solutions for the automotive, aerospace and defence industries.
For Automotive, we help OEMs and Tier suppliers accelerate development, validation and production through engineering, rapid prototyping, tooling, cubings, checking and inspection fixtures, ergonomic solutions and lightweight robotic tooling. Our expertise covers everything from CAD-to-tool manufacturing and functional prototypes to assembly validation and production-ready jigs and fixtures. We develop lightweight, non-abrasive and non-conductive end-of-arm tooling for robotic applications, helping reduce robot inertia, energy consumption, wear and collision risks. Our customers and experience include leading global OEMs such as McLaren, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Rimac, BMW, Volkswagen Group, Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley and others.
For Aerospace, RapidFit+ provides high-precision tooling, inspection solutions, assembly fixtures and validation systems for complex aircraft structures and interiors. We develop inspection cubings and jigs for cockpit, cabin and load-bay layouts, enabling manufacturers to validate fit, interfaces, ergonomics and assembly processes before production. Our capabilities include dimensional inspection, CMM measurement, optical inspection and large-format precision machining. RapidFit+ is an Airbus tooling supplier and has experience supporting demanding aerospace manufacturing environments.
For Defence, we apply the same engineering and manufacturing expertise to the development of mission-critical tooling, prototypes, inspection systems, assembly aids and production solutions. We support programmes where speed, precision, confidentiality and flexibility are essential, from prototype development to industrialisation and low-volume production. RapidFit+ is developing partnerships across the European and international defence ecosystem and has been selected as an industrial partner by Lockheed Martin for the Belgian market.
