Mikiya Kishi

Mikiya Kishi graduated from the Department of Food Science and Technology, School of Agriculture, Nagoya University in 1994, and completed the master’s program at the Graduate School of Agricultural Sciences, Nagoya University in 1996. In the same year, he joined Nakano Suten Co., Ltd. (now Mizkan Holdings Co., Ltd.) and was assigned to the Central Research Institute. He received his Ph.D. in Agriculture in 2003. He became Deputy General Manager of the Quality and Environment Office of Mizkan Holdings in 2013 and General Manager of the Central Research Institute in 2014. In 2026, he was appointed General Manager of the Group Innovation Center, his current position.
