To address drug resistance, side effects, and limitations in treatment options for RAS-mutated cancers, we are developing novel protein-based drugs for patients with pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers that have RAS mutations. This involves utilizing a unique technology that combines tumor-selective intracellular delivery and proteolysis. The goal is to comprehensively degrade KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS, achieving sustained efficacy and reduced side effects. We are exploring commercialization opportunities, including collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, to expand treatment options for patients with refractory cancers.
