After working as a software development engineer, they launched an internal venture (a web application development business) at the Pasona Group, spinning off the new business into its own company. They became the first female executive at the TECH company and also served as the project lead for NEDO’s industry-academia-government collaboration startup promotion project.Subsequently, they co-founded Exa Intelligence Inc. (now ExaWizards Inc.), an AI venture originating from the Kansai region, serving as Director and COO before launching their second company, LEO Inc.Their current roles include Producer at “Nagono Campus,” Navigator for ZIP-FM’s “Startup [N],” Professor at Musashino University’s Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Visiting Associate Professor for Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration at Nagoya University, and Outside Director at Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. and Acompany Inc.
