After joining a bank, I was engaged in industrial research in the electronics and materials sectors. After working in the materials sector, I worked as an executive officer and general manager of the Corporate Planning Department at a consulting firm. Currently, as the general manager of the Industrial Research and Creation Division, I am working to co-create value with customers by utilizing the knowledge gained through industrial research. In particular, we have positioned food as an area of focus, and have established the Food-X Project, a cross-organizational organization within the Bank, to address social issues in the food domain.

While studying at Nagoya University, I was deeply inspired by the depth and potential of soil microorganism cultivation technology developed by the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). This led me to establish TOWING Inc. Combining this innovative technology with proprietary techniques developed in-house, we are delivering services that revolutionize local agriculture and strive toward the realization of a super-circular society.Major awards and recognitions include being selected for Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2023, receiving the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Encouragement Award at the 38th JCI JAPAN TOYP 2024, and winning the Grand Prize at the 8th Rise Up Festa hosted by Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.

He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) ,Gifu College. Achieved a runner-up position in the NHK High School Robot Contest during his studies. After graduation, he became independent and engaged in web system development. In 2011, he established Misoca Inc. and developed the cloud-based billing management service "Misoca," which has grown to serve over 200,000 businesses. Subsequently, he sold the company and stepped down as representative director. He completed the Agricultural Entrepreneur Development Training Program at Okazaki Agricultural College in 2020. Determined to dedicate the rest of his life to addressing truly pressing issues, he co-founded Tokuiten Inc. in August 2021 and assumed the position of representative director.

After returning to Japan, activities began with the mission of "solving local issues through business" in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake. In 2017, became the representative director of the local trading company "Koyu Foundation". Raised a total of over 10 billion yen in donations through lychees that cost 1,000 yen each and hometown tax donations, and was selected as a national example of excellence. In 2019, founded AGRIST Co., Ltd. to solve agricultural issues. Received numerous awards both domestically and internationally, and was selected as one of the Forbes Asia 100.
