Session
Skills and Expectations for Leaders in an Era of Transformation
What does the "era of transformation" mean, and what are the biggest challenges leaders face in such an era? We will discuss the higher-level skills required of leaders, such as judgment, communication, and openness to diverse values, beyond tools like AI and data. We will also explore the role society expects leaders to play, including their ethics and social responsibilities. Finally, we will consider how leaders can present a vision for advancing organizations and society and engage in effective dialogue. Additionally, we will explore the ideal leadership image as seen by younger generations and examine the gap between these expectations and existing leaders. We will discuss the potential for co-creation between the two.
