Based on her personal experience in Hong Kong, Yuki Takahashi co-founded Bears Co., Ltd. in 1999 alongside her husband, aiming to establish the housekeeping service industry in Japan. As a pioneer and leading company in the housekeeping service sector, Bears is creating a new culture in Japanese daily life, centered around the core concepts of “proposing new lifestyles” and “creating new employment opportunities”.
Dedication to raising the level of happiness in Japanese homes (and making Japan a more well-being-centered nation) has been her life’s work.
As a business leader who prioritizes employee well-being above all, she also serves as the General Manager of the company’s three internal corporate sports teams. Furthermore, she is active across various media outlets, including providing housekeeping supervision for popular television dramas such as The Full-Time Wife Escapist (“Nigeru wa Haji daga Yaku ni Tatsu”), The Way of the Househusband (“Gokushufudo”), and Ossan’s Love -Returns-.
As a life well-being coach, she receives requests for advice and guidance from both inside and outside the company.
