What is “power”? Within the structures of our society, what does power mean for women — and how is it being redefined? It is not the power to dominate. It is the power to choose one’s own life, to lead authentically as oneself, and to reshape organizations and society itself.
In this session, women at the forefront of business, entrepreneurship, and journalism speak candidly about career, leadership, ways of working, and the structures of society. Beyond the phrase “women’s empowerment,” what would a society look like where every individual can exercise their own “power”? Together, they sketch its outline.
