Miki Oikawa

Joined Pola Cosmetics Inc. (now Pola Inc.) in 1991. Became an Executive Officer in 2012 and a Director in 2014. Appointed Representative Director and President in 2020, a position they left at the end of 2024. In 2021, they became a Director of Dialogue Japan Society, supporting the operation of “Dialogue in the Dark Museum,” an inclusive social entertainment facility. Since 2025, they have served as Representative Director of Toget-HER and Director of MASHINGUP, focusing on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and the development of female leaders. Other roles include Outside Director at Mazda Corporation and Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Company, Limited.
