In Japan, while the working population is declining, the spread of AI and the electrification of industries are expected to lead to continued increases in electricity demand. In the fields of power and social infrastructure, a major challenge is how to sustain equipment inspections, maintenance, security, and technology transfer while maintaining safety and quality.
This session will discuss the possibilities and challenges of physical AI, and the future vision of collaboration between humans, AI, and robots, from the perspectives of AI, robotics, and infrastructure operators, and consider ways of co-creation toward realizing sustainable social infrastructure.
