She is a venture capitalist and community manager based in Nagoya, Japan. Her work focuses on supporting startups and promoting open innovation through investment, community building, and business matchmaking.
After gaining experience in mid-career recruitment at Recruit Career, she helped launch the Tokai regional office of an HR startup. Since 2017, she has independently organized networking events to strengthen Nagoya’s startup ecosystem.
In April 2021, she began working independently, supporting startups at PRE-STATION Ai, Aichi Prefecture’s startup support hub, while also taking on the role of Community Manager at MTG Ventures. Her responsibilities include planning and hosting events, facilitating business connections, and managing communities. In 2023, she expanded her work to include startup investments at both MTG Ventures and Central Japan Seed Fund.
