Born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, he has dedicated 20 years of his professional life to supporting startups. He has experience in unlisted investment banking at a securities firm, and in IPOs, investments, and M&A at a startup. He then joined Global Brain, where he contributed to investment and growth support, as well as the establishment and management of multiple Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) funds. In 2020, he was appointed Representative Partner at MTG Ventures. In 2022, he established a seed fund to support entrepreneurs who aim to solve regional issues. He travels across Japan, working with entrepreneurs to tackle local challenges and create new industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
