Based in Bengaluru, India, the world’s largest IT and technology hub. Worked at Deloitte Group supporting the growth of startups. Led numerous Japan-India collaboration projects as Asia Regional Director. In 2019, founded Tech Japan with the aim of connecting India’s advanced technology with the potential of Japanese companies.In collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), developed the only recruiting platform utilized within IIT. Currently operates the largest IIT talent database, with one in three graduating students registered, supporting Japanese companies’ global expansion and talent acquisition through an ecosystem-building initiative. Recently, it has also focused on supporting the establishment of a Global Capability Center (GCC) to expand activities toward realizing technology collaboration between Japan and India.
