Kawashima is a Director at 01Booster, a leading business creation accelerator in Japan. He has extensive experience in market development and product marketing in the medical device industry, covering both Japanese and global companies.
Since joining 01Booster in 2017, he has managed multiple accelerator programs, led venture investments, and built partnerships with accelerators worldwide. In 2018, he founded the Across Asia Alliance, a community of VCs and accelerators driving cross-border investment and expansion across Asia.
In 2020, he founded InnoScouter, Inc., a SaaS platform specialized in startup collaboration management, which became part of the 01Booster Group through M&A in 2021. Kawashima now also serves as Director of New Business Development at the Group.
