receptionOS is an AI voice receptionist for dental clinics. It answers every patient call 24/7 in natural speech, books, moves and cancels appointments directly in the clinic’s practice-management system, and hands complex cases to staff. Around the voice agent we build AI messaging, clinic telephony and a marketing layer that links every ad and call to the value of the treatment that followed. Today receptionOS serves 35paying dental clinics in Poland and its first clinic in the UK. Japan, with around 67,000 dental clinics, an ageing population and a growing shortage of reception staff, is a priority market for us. At TechGALA we show a live demo of the voice agent and look for partners among Japanese practice-management software vendors, dental distributors, speech-technology companies and healthcare investors.
