Advance Composite Corporation is a Japanese startup that develops and manufactures advanced metal matrix composites by combining metals with ceramics, graphite, and other materials using its proprietary manufacturing technology.

As semiconductors become faster, AI systems become more powerful, and electronic devices become smaller, industries increasingly demand higher performance that conventional materials cannot achieve. By adjusting the combinations and proportions of different materials, we can create entirely new materials with unprecedented properties, combining high thermal conductivity, lightweight characteristics, low thermal expansion, high rigidity, and excellent vibration damping. Our strength lies in our ability to design and manufacture new materials tailored to each customer’s specific performance requirements. These materials contribute to improved heat dissipation, higher precision, and lighter weight in various products.

Our components are already in mass production for major Japanese automotive manufacturers and multiple semiconductor equipment manufacturers. We are also developing products for a wide range of applications, including thermal management components for AI semiconductors and data centers, components for electronic devices such as computers, and high-efficiency components for air conditioning systems. We are particularly focused on expanding our business in fields that support next-generation AI infrastructure, while supplying products to leading manufacturers in Japan and overseas and collaborating with universities and research institutions.
