Securing and Producing Critical Minerals for New Energy Storage

BatX Energies is an Indian battery recycling and critical minerals company that recovers valuable materials from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries and battery manufacturing scrap.

Our core offering is an in-house developed hydrometallurgical process to recover lithium, cobalt, nickel and manganese and convert them into commercially usable products. These include lithium carbonate, cobalt sulphate, nickel sulphate and mixed hydroxide precipitates. We help bring recovered materials back into industrial supply chains, supporting resource conservation and reducing dependence on newly mined minerals.

We work with automotive manufacturers, battery manufacturers, energy storage companies and industrial partners to provide battery collection, recycling and material recovery solutions. Our capabilities also include testing and evaluating used batteries for potential second-life applications.

At TechGALA, we wish to present our recycling technology, recovered critical mineral products and approach to building circular battery supply chains. We are seeking partnerships with Japanese and international companies for:

• Recycling end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap.
• Supplying recycled critical minerals for industrial and battery applications.
• Joint research, technology validation and process development.
• Developing battery reuse and second-life energy storage solutions.

Our goal is to connect India’s recycling and processing capabilities with global technology and manufacturing expertise, creating reliable, traceable and circular sources of critical minerals.
