Belli AI

building cargo software for the world’s fastest airlines
Belli is a cargo operating system for airlines, built with vertical AI. Airlines fly with the bottom of the plane about 85% empty, even though cargo can carry operating margins of around 70% because the aircraft and crew are already paid for. The barrier is software: most carriers still run cargo on email, WhatsApp, Excel rate sheets and paper checks, or on legacy systems that take 12 to 24 months to implement.
Belli replaces that with one platform covering the full cargo lifecycle:
AI is built into the workflows, automating repetitive data entry, document handling and customer queries so small cargo teams can operate like large ones.
Belli goes live in weeks, not years, and is priced as a monthly subscription, which makes modern cargo software accessible to small and mid-sized airlines, not just the largest carriers.
Founded in Singapore in March 2024, Belli has reached about USD 1M in ARR, with 9 airlines live including the Lion Air Group, and projects underway with Emirates SkyCargo and Etihad Cargo. The founding team combines airline cargo leadership (AirAsia’s cargo business), McKinsey and SpaceX experience.
