Andy Lombard

Andrew (“Andy”) Lombard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Tesoro Venture Capital, a global platform investing in deep-tech sectors including AI, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, robotics, and healthcare. Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like TSMC and Cadence, he accelerates next-generation technology companies worldwide.
Over his career, Andy has founded six venture-backed tech companies, managed over $140 million in investment platforms, supported 250+ investments, and helped build portfolios valued at over $7 billion. He also spearheaded Arizona’s premier venture development ecosystem and previously led Asian expansion and corporate venture activities at Motorola.
Andy currently serves on the boards of organizations including Silicon Oasis and Aware Health. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri and completed Executive Education in Finance at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
