The Evolving Forms of Learning and the Role of Technolog
Technology is becoming a powerful tool in shaping the future of education, but its impact is not necessarily one-directional. This session will explore the benefits that technological innovations bring to education, while also considering the challenges and concerns that arise alongside technological advancements. We will discuss how learning methods and environments are changing, whether technology is always beneficial, and what constraints or ethical issues exist in its development. Ultimately, we will seek sustainable approaches for the future of education.

He has been developing services in the fields of technology, community, and education nationwide, centering on “FUKUGYO-SENSEI ®︎,” a platform that connects schools with external human resources who want to work as teachers in a compound industry. He is focusing on an ecosystem that creates a new population of school students involving the national government, government agencies, companies, and various other players, such as classes at the local University of Toyama.

After working as a software development engineer, she became the first female executive at a tech company in 2012, where she established an internal venture and engaged in business spin-offs and startup support through industry-government-academia collaboration. In 2016, she co-founded ExaIntelligence (now ExaWizards Inc.), an AI venture originating from Kansai, and served as Director and COO before founding LEO Co., Ltd. as her second entrepreneurial venture. She is the producer of "Nagono Campus," an incubation facility in a former elementary school near Nagoya Station designed to create the next 100 years. Alongside being the navigator for ZIP-FM's "Startup [N]," she serves as a professor at the School of Entrepreneurship at Musashino University, a visiting associate professor for industry-academia-government collaboration at Nagoya University, and a member of the Nagoya City Board of Education. Since 2022, she has also been a mentor for the Central Japan Seed Fund.

While still in graduate school, She founded EdGift Inc., driven by the mission to "Unleashing the gift in every child." She developed and marketed the educational toy "TEGUMII" and organized events at commercial facilities like AEON Mall. In 2024, EdGift joined forces with Kouyu Co., Ltd., which operates over 300 "Hanamaru Learning Centers," early childhood education schools nationwide.

Appointed Professor at Musashino University’s Faculty of Entrepreneurship in 2021 and Vice Chairperson & Secretary-General of "42 Tokyo" in 2023.
