After working at an agency in the United States, he founded and scaled a digital agency before successfully exiting the business through a buyout. He has since served as CEO of four companies in the digital marketing industry, including OgilvyOne Japan.
At Meta Japan, he led Instagram’s growth in the Japanese market. At Deloitte and PwC Consulting, he drove business development and management transformation initiatives across AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
He is currently the co-founder of XinobiAI, a company dedicated to advancing personal AI. He also serves as Senior Advisor to Matsuo Institute, Outside Director at DIP Corporation, Corporate Auditor at FLUX Inc., and Co-Representative Director of the Japan Spatial Forum, working to accelerate the real-world adoption of AI, XR, spatial computing, and physical AI.
