After completing graduate studies at the University of Tsukuba, she worked at Apple Computer and later held brand management positions with luxury brands. In 2009, she joined FleishmanHillard Japan, where she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Sports & Entertainment practice, advising companies, brands, government agencies, municipalities, and sports organizations on strategic communications, brand communications, and sponsorship and partnership strategies.
In 2023, she co-founded Splat Inc. In 2026, she established the Institute of Sports Communication Design and became its Representative Director & Head of Institute. She earned a Ph.D. in Sport Sciences from Waseda University in 2021 and has served on various government and sports-related advisory committees.
