Takahiro Inoue is Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of Shochiku Co., Ltd., and President & Representative Director of Shochiku Ventures Inc., which he established in 2022.
He began his career at Hankyu Corporation (currently Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc.) in 1990 before joining Shochiku in 2005 as General Manager of the Internet Business Division. In 2011, he was appointed President and Representative Director of Shochiku Geino Inc. and Shochiku Entertainment Inc. He also joined the Board of Directors at Shochiku Co., Ltd in 2017. He assumed his current leadership roles in 2022, spearheading open innovation and new business creation for the group.
