Shuji Kawai

After joining Seino Transportation, he started his career as a truck driver and established the in-house venture, Coconet Co., Ltd., in 2011.To expand the socially responsible last-mile delivery business that the company is working on, he promoted M&A and the establishment of joint ventures, and in April 2024, he was appointed President and Representative Director of Seino Last One Mile Co., Ltd., a business holding company that integrates and manages last-mile related group companies.He also serves as Representative Director of six companies under the umbrella of Seino Last One Mile Co., Ltd., including Coconet, Living Proceed, LOCCO, Chiku Takubin, Nichiyu, and Logrise. In addition, he is a Senior Managing Executive Officer of Seino HD, overseeing the Last One Mile Strategy Department, Cold Strategy Department, Open Innovation Promotion Office, and CVC, and is working to create new value and cultivate intrapreneurs across the entire group.
