Naruto Yokota

CEO, YOKOTA ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.

After accumulating capital as a long-distance heavy truck driver, he founded Yokota Enterprise in 1996. He ventured into the event planning business, but ran out of capital within just six months, forcing him to return to long-distance truck driving. Five years later, in 2001, he launched a dispatch agency for truck drivers.

Today, the company has expanded its scope into comprehensive logistics, manufacturing-focused staffing, engineering placement, construction consulting, and DX/BX consulting—establishing an end-to-end support system for the manufacturing industry.

Through a series of rapid challenges—including the 2008 global financial crisis, surging oil prices, the Great East Japan Earthquake, severe flooding in Western Japan, and the COVID-19 pandemic—the company has built a remarkably resilient management foundation.

By the fiscal year ending December 2026, the company is projected to reach ¥11 billion in annual revenue and ¥3.34 billion in net assets. Since 2009—when the financial crisis left the firm in severe distress with ¥350 million in revenue and ¥68 million in excess liabilities—it has achieved a 30-fold increase in revenue over 17 years.

Under the banner of “FOR JAPAN. FOR THE DREAM.”, the company aims to become a conglomerate generating over ¥1 trillion by 2050. Beyond merely implementing technology, it transforms people, organizations, and worksites to contribute to the future of Japanese manufacturing and industry. Through its own relentless efforts, the company continues to inspire small and medium-sized enterprises and startups across Japan with the courage to grow.
